Hello everyone hope you’re all doing well. We need to do a little more fundraising for the season so we will be having another bottle drive this one will be on Saturday, May 30th, 1-4. The bottle drive will be held in the same location as the last one at the Lake Chaparral Residents Association 225 Chaparral Drive SE. Wondering about a parking lot bbq for the kids as they finish up the bottle drive or we can provide snacks instead and just wrap up right at 4 (let me know your thoughts about the bbq or just snacks). I will also bring a few extra garbage bags that I have from the last bottle drive just in case we might need them. It will be most efficient for us to branch out in groups straight away and meet back at the bottle depot truck in Chaparral! We will also need 7 to 9 volunteer trucks to make this run smoothly so anyone who’s willing to volunteer to drive their truck with 2 kiddos and another adult please let us know. Brad will create a list of pre-assigned pairs to ensure we can send groups as soon as both kids and their trucks are good to go. So, we will all meet at the bottle depot truck in Chaparral quick right at 1pm. Please let myself or Melissa (our fundraising coordinator) know if you have any questions or concerns.
